Market Tastings, Medieval History and Bordeaux Wines
10 am: Meet at the market and spend an hour tasting different products, such as local oysters, charcuterie, cheese, and wines. 11 am: Enjoy local pastries and a seated break with restroom access, see the Grosse Cloche, and talk about medieval history. 11:30 am: Visit a spice shop (closed Sunday) and discuss the role of spices in French history.
