Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Lombok and Transfer to Senaru Village

Arrive at Lombok Airport, Bangsal Harbour, Senggigi, Mataram, or another location in Lombok and transfer to your hotel in Senaru Village. Meet your trekking guide for a trip briefing and preparation before the hike. Enjoy free time and rest before the adventure begins.

Day 02

Trek from Sembalun Village to Sembalun Crater Rim

Wake up at 06:00 AM and enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Rinjani National Park registration office in Sembalun. Begin the trek from Sembalun Village at 1,150 metres through open savanna and rolling hills. Stop at Pos 1, Pos 2, and Pos 3 for rest and lunch. Continue hiking to the Sembalun Crater Rim at 2,639 metres. Enjoy spectacular sunset views over Segara Anak Lake, Mount Agung Bali, and the Rinjani summit. Have dinner and spend the night at the crater rim campsite. Estimated trekking time: 7 to 8 hours.

Day 03

Summit Climb and Descent to Sembalun

Wake up at approximately 02:00 AM for a light breakfast. Begin the summit climb to Mount Rinjani at 3,726 metres. Reach the summit before sunrise and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Lombok, Bali, Sumbawa, and Segara Anak Lake. Return to the campsite for breakfast and a short rest. Descend back to Sembalun Village via the same route. Transfer to your next destination in Lombok. Estimated trekking time: 8 to 10 hours.
