Medan Landmarks and Heritage Walk
Meet your tour guide and visit the Grand Mosque of Medan, which was started in 1906 and completed in 1909. Explore Maimun Palace, an istana of the Sultanate of Delhi and a well-known landmark in Medan. Trace the old colonial buildings at Kesawan Square and visit Tjong A Fie Mansion. Explore the post office and see the old train, made in Amsterdam, which was the first train in the city.
