Day 01

Chan Chan and Huanchaco Beach Excursion

We will start this tour from the meeting point at 2:00 pm and travel to the pre-Columbian city of Chan Chan, an adobe settlement belonging to the Chimu culture. We will visit the Nik Ann Palace and the Chan Chan Site Museum, where we will observe precious pieces from Peru's history. Then we will travel to the beautiful beach of Huanchaco, known for its waves. Here, we will have free time to eat or explore part of the area, and along the shore, we can admire the caballitos de totora and some boats. At the end of the tour, we will return at approximately 6:30 pm, leaving you at Plaza de Armas de Trujillo.
