Full-Day Algarve Jeep Safari from Portimão

Depart from Portimão and set out on a full-day Jeep Safari adventure through the Algarve countryside. Travel along rural roads, off-road tracks, and streams as you explore a different side of the region. Drive through cork forests and learn about cork oak trees in their natural habitat, then continue along off-road trails across hills and rugged landscapes. Stop at a stork nesting area to observe local wildlife and take in the natural surroundings. Visit ancient villages where time seems to stand still and experience authentic Portuguese culture and traditional rural life. Along the way, enjoy panoramic viewpoints and stop for photographs of the surrounding scenery. You will also visit a historic distillery and taste local products, including honey, natural jams, and the traditional Portuguese liquor Medronho. Later, take a lunch break at a typical local restaurant, optional at extra cost. If the weather allows, stop for a refreshing swim in a river. Throughout the day, your expert guide will share insights into Algarve nature, culture, and history before returning to the original departure area, with drop-off included from the Portimão area.
