We will provide you with the necessary details and inform you of any additional fees for distant locations.On the Day of Your CruiseArrival: Be at your pickup point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The bus cannot wait for late passengers.Delayed Bus: If the bus hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, call the tour provider using the emergency number provided.Refund PolicyRefunds will not be issued if the tour or activity is missed due to late or non-arrival.
