Basic swimming skills are recommended but not required. Life vests are provided to ensure safety for all participants. Each participant receives a safety helmet, life vest, aqua shoes, and safety orientation with jump techniques training. All guides are DOT-accredited, First Aid and Water Rescue trained, and Swiftwater Rescue certified. Emergency checkpoints and rescue stations are present along the canyon route.; Tour duration and activity level: Total tour duration is 10-12 hours round trip from Cebu City or Mactan. The canyoneering adventure itself lasts 3-4 hours inside the canyon. Activity level is moderate to challenging. Expect hiking through jungle trails, climbing and balancing on rocks, jumping into natural pools, and sliding down smooth stone cascades. Adventure is at your own pace - every thrill is optional.; Waiver and registration requirements: Before the adventure begins, all guests must sign the official canyoneering waiver form upon arrival, present a valid government ID for registration, and attend the mandatory safety briefing led by certified guides. No participant may begin without completing registration.; What to expect during the tour: Prepare to get fully wet from head to toe, walk, trek, and climb through rocks and streams, jump off cliffs into turquoise waters, slide down natural waterfalls, and capture stunning photos and GoPro moments. Expect laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable energy all day long.; Weather and seasonal considerations: Canyoneering runs year-round but is always subject to weather and river conditions. Tours may be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled in case of heavy rain or flash floods, thunderstorms, or unsafe water levels. We monitor weather alerts closely with the Municipality of Badian. If a cancellation occurs, rebooking or refund options will be provided.; Group size and guide ratio: Minimum participants: 2 persons. Maximum participants: 10 persons. Not Included

Optional bamboo raft ride at Kawasan Falls - The bamboo raft experience is not part of the standard package. Estimated cost is P500-P700 per raft on a shared basis for 4-6 persons.
Travel and accident insurance - Insurance coverage is not included in the tour package. It is optional but recommended.
Tips and gratuities - Tips for guides, drivers, and support staff are not mandatory but are appreciated. Suggested tip range is P100-P300 per guide, depending on your satisfaction level.
