Day 01

14-Day Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m / 4,593ft) Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle. You may rest or visit our office for a detailed briefing about your Everest Base Camp adventure. Overnight: 3-Star Hotel in Thamel Day 2: Flight to Lukla (2,840m / 9,317ft) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m / 8,562ft) Early morning transfer to the domestic airport (Kathmandu or Ramechhap) for a scenic flight to Lukla. After meeting the trekking crew, begin your first walk toward Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River. Overnight: Tea House / LodgeMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, DinnerDuration: 3-4 hours | Distance: 6.2 km Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m / 11,286ft) The trail follows pine forests, suspension bridges, and rivers before entering Sagarmatha National Park. A steep ascent brings you to Namche Bazaar, with your first views of Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Overnight: Lodge / Tea HouseMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, DinnerDuration: 7-8 hours | Distance: 10 km Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar Explore the Khumbu region with short hikes to Everest View Hotel, Khumjung, or Khunde. The trail offers incredible mountain views before reaching Dingboche. Descend past Gorakshep and continue down to Pangboche, home to the region's oldest monastery.
