Vrindavan Temples and Local Food Trail from Delhi

The tour will commence from Delhi with pickup from your hotel. While en route, insights will be shared about this holy place. First, visit the alleys of Banke Bihari Mandir, which are famous for mouth-watering chaat starters such as gol gappe, aloo tikki, and dahi gujiya. After enjoying the starters, visit the Banke Bihari Temple, which will be completed within 15 minutes. The surroundings here are perfect for street photographers, with different colours of garlands, offerings to Krishna, sweets, beautiful lights, and a joyful crowd. Then, take the rickshaw again and head towards the famous ISKCON Temple. In front of this temple, there is a famous lassi wala. After an hour, a refreshing lassi will help you regain energy. Re-energised, continue to ISKCON Temple, also called Angrezon wala Mandir (Temple of Foreigners), made entirely of white marble and the biggest centre of the Hare Ram Hare Krishna Movement. Now it is time for the main course. This leads to the famous Chaupati Point, where you shall enjoy the cuisine of the Brij region, which is rich and vegetarian. The food is prepared without onion and garlic, which are considered non-meditative as per Ayurveda and are therefore banned in this area. After the main course, stop for photos at Prem Mandir (Temple of Love), and then guests will be given the famous sweet of Mathura called peda, made from milk derivatives known as mawa.
