Chandragiri Hills Cable Car and Temple Experience

Depart from Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, and travel to the Chandragiri Hills Cable Car station. The station is located approximately 16 kilometres (10 miles) west of Kathmandu and can be reached by private vehicle, taxi, or local transportation. Arrive at the cable car station and purchase your tickets for the ride. As the ticket counter opens early in the morning, starting your tour early is recommended to avoid crowds and enjoy the best weather conditions. Board the cable car for a breathtaking 2.5-kilometer (1.5 miles) ride to the top of Chandragiri Hills. The journey offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys and the majestic Himalayas, with plenty of opportunities to capture memorable photographs along the way. Upon reaching the hilltop station, take in spectacular vistas of the Himalayan mountain range, including Annapurna, Manaslu, Langtang, and, on a clear day, Mount Everest.
