Busselton Jetty, Yallingup Cave and Margaret River Tastes
Meet your tour guide for pick-up from your Perth city accommodation. Drive past the Bell Tower, the Swan River, southern suburbia, Mandurah, and Bunbury as you journey south from Perth to the picturesque town of Busselton. See the Southern Hemisphere's longest wooden jetty at Busselton, which remained in operation until a few decades ago and is now a famous tourist precinct. Enjoy some time at the jetty before travelling southwest to Yallingup to explore the spectacular Ngilgi Cave (cave tour optional at extra cost). View majestic ancient stalagmites and stalactites that have been forming for over a million years. Admire the unique formations and learn at your own pace about the area's rich ecosystem, history, and folklore connected to the cave. Enjoy the serenity of the giant trees and forest on the journey to Margaret River township. Drive through the beautiful town of Margaret River and take in its majestic main street. Enjoy a fresh local lunch and beautiful views from the bridge near the river bank. Visit the Margaret River Dairy Company and taste some locally produced cheese. Continue to the Margaret River Chocolate Factory and enjoy a sweet-tooth heaven with free samples of locally made boutique chocolate and demonstrations of chocolate making. Enjoy the drive through giant forest trees and local vineyards lining the road as you travel around the region. Visit a local winery for wine tastings before heading back to Perth. Conclude the tour either at your accommodation or another location within Perth CBD and Northbridge.
