Take a holy dip in the Brahma Sarovar, a sacred pond mentioned in the Mahabharata. Then, visit the Sannihit Sarovar, a large water body considered holy by Hindus. After that, explore the various temples and sites of historical and mythological value in Kurukshetra.12:00 PM - Depart for Pehowa Visit the Kartikeya Temple located in Pehowa, dedicated to the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. See the lamps that are believed to have been lit continuously since Lord Krishna made Yudhishthira light them for the 18 lakh warriors who died in the Battle of Mahabharata.1:00 PM - Lunch break2:00 PM - Bhadrakali Temple Visit the Bhadrakali Temple, also known as the Savitri Peeth, and learn about the legend of Goddess Sati and the Shakti peeths.
