1Day 01
昆明抵达、石林与丽江古城之旅
第1天 - 抵达昆明与石林 上午：抵达昆明，随后前往酒店办理入住。之后可前往翠湖公园轻松漫步，欣赏当地风景。 下午：前往石林，这是云南的联合国教科文组织世界遗产之一。游览壮观的石灰岩地貌并拍照留念，傍晚返回昆明。 第2天 - 昆明前往丽江 上午：从昆明飞往丽江，飞行时间约1.5小时。抵达后游览丽江古城，漫步于鹅卵石街道和纵横交错的水道之间。 下午：前往黑龙潭，欣赏玉龙雪山的秀丽景色。如天气允许，可选择乘坐玉龙雪山短程缆车赏景。

香格里拉与拉萨文化探索
第3天 - 丽江前往香格里拉（不适用于穆斯林客户，此说明适用于寺庙或宗教建筑区域） 上午：乘车前往香格里拉，车程约4小时。途中参观虎跳峡观景点。 下午：游览香格里拉古城和松赞林寺。如时间允许，可漫步纳帕海草原。 第4天 - 香格里拉前往拉萨 上午：从香格里拉飞往拉萨，飞行时间约1.5小时。抵达后前往酒店并休息，以适应高海拔环境。 下午：前往八廓街，体验当地市场氛围，并在大昭寺周边漫步，感受这座西藏精神中心的独特魅力。 第5天 - 拉萨城市游 上午：参观布达拉宫，欣赏其藏式建筑与文化遗产，并游览宫殿内部及主要殿堂。 下午：前往色拉寺，如条件允许，可观看僧侣辩经。之后享受自由活动时间，可购物或进行当地观光，随后启程离开。
