Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

It is mandatory to submit one or more of the following documents: - Traveler’s cheque(s) - Certificate confirming credit card limit - Certificate of availability of funds in a bank or cooperative savings and loan association located in the territory of the Republic of Poland, another EU/EFTA member state, or Switzerland - Document confirming the granting of a national or foreign scholarship - Certificate of employment with a monthly salary statement It's recommended to have a balance of at least 1500 - 2500 PLN per month to cover your stay in Poland.

Copy accommodation proof of first 3 months living, or the entire duration of the visit. Can be in the form of hotel reservation, rental agreement, sworn statement/undertaking from the host (establishment/institution or private individual) or explanatory letter detailing how the accommodation is planned.
