Description

Switzerland Student Visa is an entry permit required for non-EU/EEA citizens, including Indonesian nationals, who plan to pursue studies in Switzerland for more than 90 days. This visa covers various levels of education, such as Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD programs, vocational schools, as well as accredited language courses in Switzerland. The type of visa to apply for is the National Visa Type D (Swiss Long-Stay Student Visa). Upon arrival in Switzerland, students must continue the process by applying for a residence permit at the immigration office of the canton where they will be living. A visa serves as an entry permit and must be followed by a residence permit no later than 14 days after arrival.

1. The proof of intended study in Switzerland, such as Letter of Acceptance from university.
2. No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
3. Passport is valid for a whole study period.
4. Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
5. No record of overstaying in any European country.
6. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
7. No involvement in visa shopping (applying to multiple countries to get easier approval).
9. No history of working illegally while on a visa.
10. Never been deported from any country.

Letter of Acceptance from Education Institution in Switzerland *

Original and two (2) copies of the confirmation of enrolment from a school/college in Switzerland

Payment Proof of Study *

Attach the proof of payment for the intended study program

Bank statement for the last 3 months (wet stamped) *

Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number

Curriculum Vitae (CV) *

History of working experiences and education background with your current position in the company/institution.

Latest Education Certificate *

Provide your latest education certificate

Language Proficiency Certificate *

Language proficiency certificate, original and two (2) copies of the language proficiency certificate from related studies.

Motivation Letter *

This document must include your plans for the period of your stay, including your expectations and the benefits it will provide for your professional and personal development. Additionally, you should outline your future plans after the residence period has ended.

Declaration Letter (Switzerland) *

Declaration in English signed by the applicant, that he/she will leave Switzerland after completion of his/her studies. You can see the template here

Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *

History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
