An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution in China with detailed purpose of your trip. You can download a sample for this invitation letter here The invitation letter should include: - Information about the invitee, including name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc. - Information about the visit, including purpose of the visit, arrival and departure dates, places to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, and the party responsible for covering expenses during the stay in China. - Information about the inviting party, including the name of the organization or individual, address, and phone number. - Date of issuance of the letter and the signature of the individual or official representative (if the signatory representing the organization/institution is different from the responsible party listed in the official documents such as the company's business license, the signatory’s position must be stated), along with the company seal if the inviter is a company/organization.

Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Provide your national identity card issued by the authority

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.

Please submit a document containing copies of all your previously acquired visas, including your previous China Visa

Provide booking voucher of your hotel accommodation or you can purchase a hotel booking voucher here.

Scan of your latest KITAS or KITAP.

Official document issued by the Chinese government through the Foreign Affairs Office, upon request by the inviting party in China.

Bank statements of the last 3 months with minimum balance USD 2,000 (including name, date of period, and balance account).

You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.

For applicants under the Medan jurisdiction, it is mandatory to provide proof that the applicant is currently in Indonesia. This proof may be in the form of an Indonesian Immigration entry stamp.
