Schengen Portugal Visit Visa is an entry permit to Portugal for a short, temporary visit of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. The earliest you can apply for your visa is 6 months before you intend to travel. After applying for your visa, you will not be able to take home your passport while your visa application is being processed. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Travel insurance *

Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Sponsor person bank statement *
Bank statement of the last 3 months from a person who sponsor your travel.
Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Divorce Certificate *
Certificate that shows proof of your relationship status from your country
Letter of Attorney for Schengen Visa (Optional) *
If you already obtained Schengen Visa within the last 59 months, you are eligible to exempt the biometric process. By providing a Letter of Attorney, Everest can submit your documents and pick up your passport on your behalf. Upload a filled and signed template of Letter of Attorney here
Parental consent letter (Notarized) *
Official permission document from parents/guardians certified by a notary to allow a child to travel unaccompanied by parents. This document is required when: - The child is traveling alone without parents/guardians. - The child is traveling with one parent; the parent who is not joining must provide notary permission. - The child is traveling with a guardian/relative; both parents/guardians must provide consent. - One or both parents are not accompanying the child throughout the journey. - Parents are divorced/separated; the parent without custody must give permission or attach proof of sole custody.
