Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and complete immigration formalities. Meet the Namaste Nepal representative and transfer to your 4-star hotel. Freshen up and relax, or take a short stroll nearby to explore Kathmandu.

Day 02

Chinese Group Visa Submission and Kathmandu Sightseeing

Submit your application for the Chinese Group Visa at the Namaste Nepal office. Explore Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Swayambhunath Stupa with a tour guide. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and return to your hotel.

Day 03

Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Budhanilkantha Temple

Visit Pashupatinath Temple for a traditional puja ceremony and spiritual experience. Explore Boudhanath Stupa and Budhanilkantha Temple (Sleeping Vishnu). Return to the hotel for relaxation and leisure.

Day 04

Fly to Nepalgunj and Meet the Group

Collect the Chinese Group Visa and attend a pre-trip briefing. Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and transfer to the hotel. Meet group members and explore Nepalgunj if time permits.

Day 05

Fly to Simikot, Helicopter to Hilsa, and Drive to Taklakot

Fly from Nepalgunj to Simikot and enjoy aerial views of the Himalayas. Board a helicopter from Simikot to Hilsa and complete border formalities. Drive 27 km to Taklakot in Tibet and check into the guesthouse.

Day 06

Rest and Acclimatization in Taklakot

Rest at the guesthouse to acclimatize to the high altitude. Take a gentle stroll through the local market if desired.

Day 07

Drive to Mansarovar Lake and Visit Chiu Gompa

Drive 120 km to Mansarovar Lake and witness Mount Kailash. Circumambulate Mansarovar by vehicle and visit Chiu Gompa. Engage in spiritual activities such as puja, meditation, or a holy bath.

Day 08

Mansarovar Kora and Drive to Darchen

Complete the Mansarovar kora by vehicle, visiting Seralung Monastery and other spiritual sites. Drive to Darchen, the base of Mount Kailash, and check into your accommodation.

Day 09

Kailash Kora from Darchen to Diraphuk via Tarboche

Drive 30 minutes from Darchen to Tarboche (Yama Dwar) and begin the kora trek. Trek 10 km to Diraphuk, ascending gently with a final steep stretch. Check into the guesthouse at Diraphuk and enjoy dinner.

Day 10

Trek to Zutulphuk via Dolma-La Pass

Begin trekking early, covering 22 km including the Dolma La Pass at 5,660 m. Descend to Gauri Kunda and continue to Zutulphuk, checking into the guesthouse.

Day 11

Trek to Mani Wall and Drive to Taklakot

Trek for 3 hours to Mani Wall and reflect on the spiritual journey. Drive back through Darchen, Paryang, and Dzongba to Taklakot.

Day 12

Drive to Hilsa and Helicopter to Simikot

Drive from Taklakot to Hilsa and complete border formalities. Take a helicopter back to Simikot and relax for the remainder of the day.
13

Day 13

Fly from Simikot to Nepalgunj and Kathmandu

Board flights from Simikot to Nepalgunj, and onward to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and rest after the journey.
14

Day 14

Final Departure from Kathmandu

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight home. Option to extend your stay in Nepal for additional treks or sightseeing.
