Meeting PointPlease meet at Nakata Cooking School, 2nd Floor(4-13 Konohana-cho, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa) Welcome & PreparationUpon arrival, you will change into a traditional sushi chef outfit and take a commemorative photo. Cooking ExperienceYou will prepare five Japanese dishes, all made by yourself in a fully hands-on class: Nigiri Sushi (6 pieces)Made with high-quality seasonal seafood Please note: Sushi contains raw fish and cannot be taken home. Japanese Rolled Omelet (Dashi-maki Tamago)Prepared using professional techniques inspired by Michelin-level recipes Jibuni (Kanazawa Local Specialty)A traditional simmered dish with chicken and wheat gluten (fu)Cooked in a lightly sweet soy-based sauce Miso Soup Spinach Appetizer (Ohitashi-style) Meal & ClosingAfter cooking, you will enjoy the meal you have prepared.The experience ends on-site, and participants may depart freely afterward.
